Blueberry Milk Kefir

Khas buat yang jaga badan...

Bahan:
1 cawan susu kefir
1 sudu kecil brown sugar
1/2 sudu perisa vanila
Blueberry ikut suka nak banyak mana..

Caranya mudah...kisar semua bahan2 tu..siap..sangat sedap...lebih sedap dari bliss yogurt yg mahal jual kat luar tu..

Mnum hari2...bole cepat kurus dgn sihat..cuba jgn tak cuba.. :)
